In canon, Hawkeye is has no magical abilities or superpowers. In Mask or Menace, Hawkeye has two powers:

I don't really have a lot of plans to utilize these super often and it's something I would rather discuss on a case-by-case basis, HOWEVER!! I wanted to have an opt in post up and ready for anyone who would like to let me know what they're comfortable with ahead of time. Able to tell that your character has superpowers. Very useful in a superpower game (not at all useful).

If she is able to touch a person with the intention of dampening their powers, the effect can last at most twenty minutes, and cannot be used consecutively (roughly once every 24 hours)
